Early Drop (ED) & Extended Camp (EC):
Regular Drop off is 9:15-9:25am. Drop your child off as early as 8:00 AM for $5 an hour per child. Regular pick up is at 2:30pm. Your child can attend Extended Camp on a sign-up basis. Early care is always available at 8AM.

Our registration deadline is March 31st, After which there is a $10 late registration fee. The only other fees we charge are for excessive class switches.

Emergency Medical Release & Liability Waiver:
I hereby give my consent to Art 4 Children Inc, whose Seasonal Camp located at 770 Applewilde Drive - 92078 to administer first aid, to authorize a medical doctor to examine or treat my child, to authorize necessary emergency treatment at a nearby emergency hospital, and/or to order an ambulance transportation for
my child while he/she is in attendance at this Seasonal Camp at Art 4 Children Inc. I agree to accept the financial responsibilities for any cost thus incurred in the treatment of any illness, accident or injury of the above named minor. I hereby give permission to Art 4 Children to use a picture or pictures of my child for promotional, publicity, and news purposes related to the operating of the said camp/school.
I hereby authorize and give permission to Art4Children to release into the custody of only parent and any additional names I have listed below (redundant info you already told us above - this ensures we have this information correct):
This information can be updated by parent/guardian anytime before or during camp with a written note or phone call.
I understand and agree that by signing this waiver form, I am freeing Art 4 Children Inc, Discovery Elementary it's PTO, it's officers, consultants, instructors or other agents from any liability resulting from my child's participation all camp activities for these 2009 camps. I understand that if my child is injured this waiver will be used against me and anyone else claiming damages because of my child's injury or any other incident in any legal action. I also accept all responsibility for my child after camp is over. By signing this form, I have also read and understand that my 50% deposit is non-refundable and there are NO REFUNDS after payment has been sent. If I wish to change my child's class choices after registration, there is a $10 fee per class change or program changes or week switches. I also understand that I will be billed $5 per hour or $2 per 15 minutes for Extended Camp (starting at 2:30pm) or Early Drop (dropping off prior to 9:10). I certify that I have personally read and understand this waiver and release.

Art 4 Children Inc Program Policies:
- Drop off is between 9:15-9:25. Pick up is prompt by 2:30.
- Early Drop is from 8:00-9:14. Extended camp is from 220-3pm.
- You will be billed $2 per 15 minutes or $5 per hour for Early Drop or Extended Camp. This bill must be paid with cash or check at the end of your weekly program. If we have to mail the bill, we charge a $5 S&H fee.
- Your 50% deposit is non-refundable and there are NO REFUNDS after payment has been sent.
- If your child falls in and has to miss several days or the entire week, we offer no make-ups or refunds.
- Campers need to dress comfortable in older clothing. We are not responsible for soiled clothing, as we do get messy with some projects.
- Children should pack a healthy lunch + Water - NO CANDY.
- If your child has a special need, please take the time to inform us so we can inform our staff and better serve the needs of your child.
- These policies as well as additional policies will require your initial & signature at the time of registration.
